Verdict: Yummy!
Made this for Thanksgiving dessert. Here are the sweet potatoes before cooking.
Mashed and added to the creamed sugar and butter.
Beating some egg whites. They were naughty ;)
Pie before baking,
after baking,
and ready to eat with ice cream. Yum!
