Last night we had one of our favorite meals, Vegetarian Philly Cheesesteaks. I eat mine with grilled peppers and onions, no cheese. My husband likes swiss cheese, no grilled veggies. We use Peppered Tofurkey, sliced in strips, and marinate it in Liquid Aminos and Sriracha sauce with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
I like to serve it on a hoagie bun with potato wedges on the side.
